Completed a research fellowship in TMD, dental occlusion and facial pain at Tufts University in Boston. Co-chairman for Latin America of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). Published author of papers at Clinical Innovations, American Academy of Osseointegration. Developer of devices and techniques for dental implants and international lecturer on the topic of dental implants.

Allan Fuhr, DMD
Dr. Allan Fuhr is a national and international lecturer on surgical and prosthetic techniques for IMTEC MDI Implants and ENDURE Internal Hex Implants. He received his DMD from Farleigh Dickinson University College of Dentistry after earning his BA from the University of Louisville in Kentucky. Dr. Fuhr is a member of numerous professional organizations including the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Federation Dentaire Internationale, the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Dental Association. His writing has been published in dental journals, and his accreditations include PACE approval with the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Raymond Kimsey
Graduate of University of Florida, completed GPR with extensive experience in anesthesia and pediatrics. Active in the education of residents in the management of apprehensive patients.

Dr. Fred Witkin
Graduate of University of Miami (FL), Emory University School of Dentistry, Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry, rotation in anesthesiology at Boston City Hospital.

Dr. Jesus Gomez
Graduate of the Universidad Central de Venezuela School of Dentistry, residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital (UM/JMH),
completed Anesthesiology Fellowship at UM/JMH and Bascom Palmer Eye Institute.
